Full Circuit Aerobics is a comprehensive workout.  It includes cardio strength-training, core building, stretching and balance exercise --all in 50 minutes.  Each lady performs at her own pace and the class is usually comprised of ladies ranging from junior high to senior citizen status.  Music along with the camaraderie of the group makes hard work more palatable.

Call Linda if you have any questions (292-1402).

Interval workouts cause the body to burn more calories than a steady-state workout does.  By alternating every other minute between strength-training and anaerobic cardio exercise, we force our bodies to make beneficial changes sooner.

Each minute varies to include resistance exercises, jacks, marionnettes, Celtic moves and many other activities that challenge all the major muscles.  The group dynamic provides the adrenaline you need to work harder than you would on your own.

Top trainers advise us that the average person needs to expend about 2400 calories a week in exercise in order to lose excess fat.  Let us help you expend the bulk of those calories.

Full Circuit Aerobics and Strength-Training for Women

There are many benefits of exercise such as increased cardiovascular efficiency, fat metabolism, and elevated energy levels. These benefits are only achieved at fairly intense levels of exercise and are not likely to occur with a walking program according to Science Magazine. If you are a beginner, you can begin by stepping through the various movements, but advanced performers should add the impact that builds pelvic girdle and spinal column bone density.

Exercise is the only documented way to delay the effects of aging. Come join us for a comprehensive workout including aerobic exercise, strength-training, and stretching.  The comradery with other classmates will help you with the motivation you need to accomplish the many benefits exercise can provide.
